other translation necessary to interpret the facts. We are headed for a Christ-less eternity if we dare to thumb our noses at the Most Holy God and the Son He has sent to us to keep us from being separated from Him. The old devil has tempted you and you have succumbed to this false doctrine. You act as if nothing else matters than that we are all going to be with God in eternity, no matter what. That's as false a doctrine and packed with lies as you can get. You have let your emotions dictate what you listen to. Depression and despondency is not a good excuse for your interpretation of the Bible and I'm not falling for it. If you truly want to get to heaven obey God, believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He can save sinners from eternal condemnation, repent of your sins (including the sin of your misinterpretation of scripture for your own comfort), confess that Jesus is God's Son, be baptized into the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin and the gift (not the miraculous gift) of the Holy Spirit and live faithfully for Him. These are all found in the Bible. I have quoted some of them for you above. Jesus is Lord and Savior. He is the only begotten Son of the Most High God. "God who at various times and in various ways spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds." "So it was that the beggar died and was carried by the angel to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom…" "Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." Yes these are sobering thoughts. But some, if not most, refuse to listen even when confronted with it. Why should God reward the guilty, the proud, the murderer, the unrepentant or the unbeliever? Why should I want to go to heaven and be with these types of people? It sure wouldn't be heaven, but just more hell. God rewards the obedient, the believer and the repentant. I want to be in that bunch not the former. I want to be with those who will be praising God not cursing His name and I hope you do too. If I have persuaded you to think about it please stay in touch. If you are just going to argue with me drop me from your list. I've got better things to do than argue with an unrepentant man.
